bbCode Help

bbCode is a lightweight markup language used to format posts on this site, and to provide a safer, easier and more limited way of allowing users to format messages. This is so to prevent users from using regular HTML which can easily be malformed and disrupt the page's layout, or be used to force JavaScript on to the pages leading to Cross-Site Scripting attacks.

Available tags

[b]bold[/b]

Makes the text between the bracket tags bold

[i]italic[/i]

Makes the text italic

[s]strikethrough[/s]

Strikes a line through the strikethrough

[u]underlined[/u]

Makes the text underlined

[url]http://glenn.whitestone.no[/url]

Makes a link to the specified site: http://glenn.whitestone.no

[url=http://glenn.whitestone.no]Custom link[/url]

Makes a link to the specified site using the text between the tags as the link: Custom link

[email]email@domain[/email]

Makes a mailto link to the specified email address: email@domain
